We are constantly training with manufacturer representatives to stay up to speed on the best installation practices. When we begin your project, we’re more organized than an ant colony. We also take great care of your belongings—we always take our shoes off in your home when necessary, cover your furniture in plastic when necessary, and clean the jobsite every single day. And unlike 99% of other companies, we will thoroughly clean your windows after we install them.Customer communication is extremely important to us. That’s why we call you before each day of your project to let you know when we’ll be arriving. If we get stuck in traffic, we’ll let you know we’ll be running a few minutes late, too. You will NEVER guess at when we’re coming to work on your project.
