About CleanFund

Established January 2009

Unexpected events, such as fires or natural disasters, can destroy commercial properties and necessitate extensive reconstruction efforts. PACE financing provides a pathway for not only rebuilding but also modernizing facilities. A notable example is Bishop's Quarter, a three-story French Quarter-style bar that used PACE financing to rebuild after a tragic fire. This approach enabled the owners to preserve capital while incorporating energy-efficient systems into the reconstruction, resulting in long-term cost savings and a better customer experience. By incorporating PACE financing into rebuilding efforts, property owners can turn adversity into an opportunity for improvement and innovation.
