Coaching The Body is a series of courses, available as part of a membership plan aimed at professional massage therapists, yoga instructors, personal trainers and anyone looking to understand and hack their pain through an innovative approach to trigger point therapy. Using principals of myotherapy, utilizing trigger point massage as well as aspects of neuroscience and more, our method helps to unlock your clients' pain once and for all.
