Coastal Dock & Resurfacing LLC is owned and operated by Beaufort Native, Jarrett Owens. Jarrett has spent a large part of his life on the waters of the Port Royal sound and surrounding areas. Jarrett is a quintesential South Carolinian. He is not only a proud graduate of The Citadel, he also has a Masters degree and unlimited tonnage USCG Captains license from SUNY Maritime College. Owens has spent the last 4 years captaining a variety of vessels in the Gulf of Mexico and overseas with a specialization in sub sea construction. Jarrett’s passion for the lowcountry lifestyle as well as maritime construction experience have lead to the development of Coastal Dock and Resurfacing where he strives to provide both repairs and new construction as well as a installing resurfacing product to your existing dock, deck and other surface needs. Coastal Dock and Resurfacing strives to provide high end services tailored to your individual needs and enhancing your lowcountry experience and adding value to your home.
