Cosmetic Solutions is a non-surgical aesthetic boutique. All of our treatments are non-surgical and require little or no down time. Each treatment can be done in an hour or less with minimal or no pain. Rachel was the first in Pittsburgh to specialize in permanent makeup in 1999. She has completed over 10,000 permanent makeup procedures. Cosmetic Solutions was also the first in Pittsburgh to offer ilipo Ultra and is the first in Pennsylvania to offer Fusion 3D lift for skin tightening. We specialize in cutting edge treatments to help people feel younger and more beautiful instantly and affordably without the worry of surgery.
