CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program for both athletes and non-athletes. The aim of Crossfit is to encourage anyone, no matter what the experience level to become as strong as they can be; both mentally and physically. Crossfit optimizes fitness in a way that is functional and preformed at a relatively high rate of intensity. The routines change daily keeping the client on their toes.
