Led by Crystal Savoy, MS, RD, LDN, our practice supports clients navigating concerns such as disordered eating, digestive issues, chronic illness, body image, and emotional eating.
We specialize in weight-inclusive, trauma-informed care — whether you're working toward food freedom, managing a health condition, or seeking a more sustainable approach to nutrition, we’ll meet you where you are.
All sessions are currently offered via secure telehealth for clients located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Maine.
