Destin Condo Getaways is a family-owned, owner-managed vacation rental business offering two beachfront condos at Pelican Beach Resort in Destin, Florida. We combine the comfort of a private vacation home with personal owner communication and resort amenities on Florida’s Emerald Coast. Both condos are in the Gulf-front building, with private balconies overlooking the water and direct beach access with no road to cross.

Choose between Unit 707, our seventh-floor retreat with classic coastal style, and Unit 1006, our tenth-floor condo with a fresh coastal interior and panoramic Gulf views. Each condo has one bedroom, two bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to six guests. A king bedroom, hallway bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa offer flexible arrangements for families and small groups. Full kitchens, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, linens, and towels provide everyday convenience. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler help guests get ready for a day on the sand.

Pelican Beach Resort offers three pools, including an indoor/outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, sauna, steam room, and tennis and pickleball courts. Guests also have access to grills, laundry facilities, parking, and paid electric-vehicle charging. A seasonal café, beachside Tiki Bar, and separately operated beach-chair service provide additional options during a stay. Seasonal services and operating hours vary.

Our central Destin location makes it easy to combine beach time with dining, shopping, and activities. Nearby attractions include Big Kahuna’s Water Park, HarborWalk Village, Henderson Beach State Park, and Destin Commons.
