About Ductman Air Conditioning & Heating

Established September 2014

Every story begins with heart, and ours started the day we decided to live by one simple promise: treat people and their homes with the same love and care we give our own. After more than 20 years in the air conditioning industry working for large corporate firms and learning what truly matters, Jantzen founded Ductman AC to do things differently. The goal was simple: combine big-company professionalism with a neighborly, handshake-style approach. Honest pricing, personal service, and genuine care for every customer became the foundation of everything we do.

Before launching Ductman AC, Jantzen worked in home construction and later as a senior predictive maintenance manager at New Braunfels Utilities, overseeing mechanical systems across the city’s water infrastructure. That experience deepened his connection to the local community and his understanding of what reliability really means.

The photo you see above captures one of our favorite moments: adopting our two rescue dogs. It reminds us every day why we do what we do because comfort, trust, and kindness make a house feel like home. From New Braunfels to San Antonio, the families we serve aren’t just clients, they’re neighbors and friends. We love what we do because we love who we do it for. That’s the heart behind Ductman AC.
