If you are a bicultural individual, who feel torn between two worlds, I get it and EMDR therapy can help you heal from anxiety, self-doubt, guilt, shame, and self-sabotage. I support my clients in finding peace, developing healthier relationship dynamics, and reconnecting with their true selves. This allows them to love their family, honor their culture, and remain authentic to who they are. My specialties include Transgenerational Trauma and Complex Trauma. Depression and anxiety are often rooted in unresolved trauma. I am a certified EMDR therapist.
