Mikhail is a Russian-born, California-based Certified Master Fitness & Nutrition Coach, with over 10 years of hands-on experience in personal training. At a young age, he was involved in a lot of different sports including Judo, Gymnastics, Weightlifting. After high school he attended “Penza State University”. While receiving his degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education, he continued a Judo career earning the rank of 1st degree black belt. Doing this helped develop his physique, which later provided the foundation of a successful career in fitness.
