Using such may save you money in initial fees, but may prove costly in other areas. Consider what's at stake. The design and build process involves a myriad of components: construction, electrical and mechanical systems, plumbing, carpentry and other processes that require expert management. Sharon Flatley's ASID and CKD credentials represent years of training, extensive examination, and a thorough knowledge of building codes, environmental regulations, and safety issues.

How much will remodeling cost per square foot?
We cannot tell you that until we know what you want. Our initial consultation will help establish a preliminary budget.

Can I have design services but use my own contractor?
Yes. The design process will provide you with all the necessary documents needed to proceed with construction. Click here to find out about available times.

When choosing contractors, what advice will we offer?
Try to get at least 3 bids from reputable contractors and always ask for a client reference list.

If Sharon Flatley specializes in kitchens and baths, why would I want her to redesign my living room?

Does Sharon Flatley represent a single supplier of cabinets and fixtures?
No. As an independent designer, she can offer you any manufactured product, including custom designed products.

Does Sharon Flatley only work with clients in the Dallas area?
No. She can work with homeowners outside of the Dallas area, too. She will include necessary travel expenses with her fees.
