FRTC offers counseling services in the Denver Tech Center. We only use methods shown by research to be effective. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety, panic, and PTSD, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for borderline personality disorder (BPD), self-injury, suicidal thoughts, intense emotions, and relationship difficulties.
