natural fats (milk and whipped cream) and fresh fruit. Though lower in fat, with no more than 6-7% fat, Gelato-go has

much more flavor than traditional ice cream (15-18% fat), using full flavored seasonal products, maximizing the essence

of the main ingredients. Gelato-go does not melt quickly, especially if it is extremely hot outside, because it doesn't
