While training for the Senior Games in swimming, Brigitte realized she needed something that was not only energizing and nutritious but also easy to carry between practices and competitions. Traditional snacks didn’t quite meet her needs, so she started experimenting in her own kitchen. That’s when she discovered the power of freeze-drying.
