When she was in Law School she was awarded theHispanic National Bar Foundation's Public Interest Fellowship in 2009. She also received theUniversity of Arkansas School of Law Public Interest Fellowship in 2008. She has been very active in the Tulsa, Oklahoma legal scene since she founded Hanson & Hanson Law firm in 2010.
