Led by Scott Slater and Boise native Todd Ketlinski, creators of Spitfire Tacos + Tequila, this boutique steakhouse offers premium cuts, elevated cocktails, and playful touches like table-side baked potatoes. Located at the Inn at 500 Capitol, Hemlock features striking design, a lively bar, and dynamic offerings like “Brunch with Beats.” With Chef Richard Langston curating the inaugural menu, Hemlock honors Boise’s culinary legacy while pushing fine dining forward. As we build, we’ll also serve the hotel’s private dining and provide catering.
