Our caregivers are totally committed, highly qualified, and carefully selected individuals who are thoroughly screened and background checked. Our typical caregiver profile is a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A) with experience as a caregiver. Our team also consists of registered nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNS), experienced personal care attendants and home health aids.
The caregiver selection process includes:
Verify credentials and references
Background and sex offender checks
Driving record check
In-depth interviews
Fluent in English
Thorough training
Licensed, Insured and bonded
Once they pass our rigorous screening we match them with our clients’ needs according to their skills and experience. All our caregivers are provided with continuous training and follow up supervision by our RNS.
