Inner Haven Wellness offers expert compassionate treatment services for individuals suffering with eating disorders and co-occurring disorders. Our goal for all our clients is to engage in a life that is meaningful and fulfilling to them as defined by them. Rooted in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), our program focuses on developing and honing essential skills.
