About Integrative Recovery Therapies

Established June 2013

Many people come to us after years of carrying something heavy. Addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationships that feel beyond repair. Some have tried treatment before and felt rushed, judged, or treated like a number. At Integrative Recovery Therapy, we do things differently. We provide mental health therapy in Metairie LA that families trust, alongside addiction therapy in Metairie LA residents can access without shame. Our approach is grounded in trauma informed therapy and designed for people navigating co- occurring disorders treatment. You’ll be treated like family here, not a diagnosis.
