About Kearney FM

Established January 2017

Kearney FM is an independent online radio station rooted in the communities of North East England and North Yorkshire. Launched in 2024 to honor the memory of Catherine Kearney, the station offers a rich blend of music, local news, cultural programming, and community stories. Its mission is to give a voice to the region, celebrate diversity, and create a space where listeners feel connected and informed. With a strong emphasis on engagement and creativity, Kearney FM is more than just a radio station—it’s a platform for people to share, connect, and be inspired.
