Tower no. 1 is also called as the Makai tower (meaning Ocean) and has 37 floors in it, while tower no. 2 called as Mauka (meaning Mountain) has 38 floors. Each tower has 4 elevators that have been newly updated. Koko resorts is located on the 5th floor on Tower no. 1 in Suite no. 501.

Every condo in Banyan varies from one another. They differ in their structural designs to accommodate varying number of guests accordingly. Usually our condos are designed to accommodate 2 to 6 people and more people can be accommodate by making prior arrangements before arrival.
