About Kooshi Gourmet

Established April 2014

Kooshi Gourmet has spent years making healthy eating actually convenient across Southern California. Cooking every meal from scratch while juggling a busy schedule just isn't realistic for most people, and takeout gets old fast. Our meal delivery services source the freshest local ingredients, with pedigree chefs hand-preparing Paleo, Pescetarian, Vegetarian, and Custom programs delivered within 24 hours. You can pick 1, 2, or 3 meals a day and adjust dates around your schedule without losing credits. Whether you need daily meal delivery or something more tailored to your doctor's recommendations, we build it around you. Order your first week today.
