The large online lenders like Quicken Loans, Loan Depot, Better Mortgage, etc. sell their own products only. Loan House provides access to over 30 Mortgage Lenders so borrowers can compare and save.
We are a mortgage brokerage firm and unlike Lending Tree which is a lead aggregator and sells borrower data to 10-15 mortgage lenders, we act as an advocate for the borrower and help them shop for the best deal.
We are a single point of contact for borrowers shopping over 30 Lenders.
Shopping for a mortgage on your own is extremely time consuming and can be difficult to understand all of the information.
Loan House enables borrowers to search the top lenders in the market and provides a single point of contact for information and advice.
We have access to all loan programs and often have access to rates and fees lower than any bank or large online lender.
