Long Beach School of Yoga was created to bring traditional yoga teachings to the Southern California yoga community. Join us to gain knowledge and experience peace and happiness through yoga teacher training, workshops and special events.

Ram Bhakt recently went to Duke Integrative Medicine Center to join in the Yoga of Awareness for Cancer Teacher Training (an evidence-based program using the tools of mindfulness and yoga techniques to manage the symptoms caused by cancer treatments).

He is also a student of the body’s subtle energies from the tradition of Shaolin and Taoist Qigong, and had the rare opportunity to complete a week long training with Master Mantak Chia in Los Angeles on various natural healing modalities.

Ram Bhakt is proud to be a part of the Southern California Yoga Movement and he enjoys sharing the culture and spirit of health and well-being with community members. He also leads Free Yoga on the Beach, Laughter Yoga and Kirtan at various local studios and “conscious festivals.”
