IRVINE, Calif., August 26, 2026 - Majestic Sign Studio has completed a multi-phase corporate interior graphics project for DZYNE Technologies in Irvine, California, after coordinating evolving artwork needs, specialty display shortages, and installation challenges across work completed in 2025 and 2026.

The project combined custom wall graphics with illuminated silicone edge graphic (SEG) lightboxes for DZYNE’s Irvine workplace. What began as a wall graphics project expanded over time, requiring Majestic to maintain continuity across site measurements, artwork preparation, production planning, specialty product sourcing, and installation.

The collaboration began in March 2025, when a Majestic Sign Studio project manager surveyed the Irvine location and collected measurements for several walls under consideration for branded graphics.

Because final imagery was not available for all locations simultaneously, the project progressed in phases. Majestic completed the first wall graphic in March 2025 and returned for a second installation in June while DZYNE continued evaluating imagery for other areas of the workplace.

In 2026, the scope expanded to include standard- and custom-sized SEG lightboxes, which use tensioned-fabric graphics within illuminated display systems to create large-format visual installations.

That phase introduced a different set of logistical challenges.

The selected supplier experienced a months-long shortage affecting both standard and custom-sized lightbox units. Rather than allowing communication to stall while inventory remained unavailable, Majestic stayed in contact with the supplier multiple times each week and adjusted project coordination as availability changed.

Artwork presented another issue. Some client-supplied images lacked sufficient resolution for the intended display dimensions. Majestic identified the concern before production and worked with DZYNE on image requirements intended to maintain clarity once the graphics were enlarged and illuminated.

An additional complication became apparent at installation: the delivered lightbox package did not include the expected wall-mounting components. Majestic’s installation team addressed the mounting requirement at the jobsite, securely positioned the SEG display, and completed the installation.

The completed work includes two phases of custom wall graphics and an illuminated SEG lightbox installation at DZYNE’s Irvine workplace.

Following completion, the client reported, “Everything looks great!”

DZYNE has also indicated plans to proceed with another previously quoted wall graphic once its preferred image is selected.

The project reflects a challenge common to larger corporate environmental graphics programs: the finished installation depends on more than just print production. Artwork readiness, image quality, specialty product availability, physical site conditions, and mounting requirements can all affect how a project progresses.

By maintaining the project from the original site survey through the later SEG lightbox phase, Majestic Sign Studio was able to carry forward measurements, artwork discussions, supplier communication, and installation planning as the scope evolved.
