Established January 2020

Modern Therapy Group provides personalized mental health care in NYC and online for individuals, couples, children, and families.

Our licensed clinicians offer anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, OCD, couples, group, and individual therapy, along with CBT, DBT, EMDR, addiction counseling, and specialized treatments. Psychiatry, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management are also available when appropriate.
