Monterey Martial Arts is dedicated to shaping a safer and more robust community through the enduring practice of Shou Shu. This time-honored martial art, once the privilege of royalty, made its way to American soil in the early 20th century. Guided by the experts, this ancient tradition has evolved into the holistic system known as Moore's Shou Shu. Now entrusted to Shun Shifu Michael Yerzy, who ensures that the profound art of street self-defense is accessible to all, at the Monterey chapter of Moore’s Martial Arts.
