With a career spanning more than thirty years, Muffy Clark Gill’s work has been included in more than 80 regional, state and national juried and invitational exhibitions and festivals throughout Florida. She has received a total of 50+ awards including Best in Show, First and Second place, Merit and Purchase Awards for her work by internationally renowned professionals in the contemporary art field such as Erin Wright, Barbara Shapiro, Stephen Knudson, Diane Cambier, Bonnie Clearwater, Elaine Gustafson, Donald Kuspit, Ned Rifkin, Faith Ringgold, Daniel Stetson, Michelle Tuegel, Clyde Butcher, and Harry Benson.

Two works from The American Native series are a part of the collection of the Florida Secretary of State. Two other works were selected for purchase by the Florida Art-in-State Buildings public art program; one for Florida Gulf Coast University’s Edwards Hall, Fort Myers, and the other for the Volusia County Courthouse, Deland. A third work is in the collection of the FGCU Naples Center, Naples, Florida.

In 2015 Muffy Clark Gill was commissioned to create three scenes of modern Marco Island, Florida history that are permanently displayed on the outside walls of the Marco Island Historical Museum.

In 1997 She received national recognition for her work by having her work selected for the Top 100, National Arts for the Parks competition, a national traveling exhibition.

She is a member of the National Association of Women Artists– a national professional organization juried by her peers. Other memberships include Silk Painters International (SPIN) and the Batique Guild as well as participation in many other national and state artist organizations.
