This company is very professional, I called them to repair my refrigerator because it stopped cooling and it was leaking onto my floor, they answered and told me they could come out that same day and they were cheaper than the other Edmond appliance repair companies I had called and received an estimate from. I was very impressed at their service, they had covers for their shoes and mats and sliders to protect my floors. They diagnosed my refrigerator and gave me an estimate before they started the repair. The only thing that could have been better is that they gave me a 2 hr time frame and couldn't tell me an exact time the tech would be at my house but the tech did call me an hour ahead and was able to give me an exact time he would be at my home, he said the office people can't give an exact time invade something happens at the job before, that's why they give a 2 hr time frame and I understand that. The tech was also able to look at my washer for free while he was here. I would recommend them to anyone needing their appliance repaired!
