"Founded in 2004 by Dr. Frederick Nahm, NeuroCare Health is a provider of high-end solutions and services for those people with neurological conditions.

Frederick Nahm is a board certified, Harvard-trained neurologist located in Greenwich, Ct. He obtained his medical degree at the University of Michigan, and his Ph.D. in neuroscience at the University of California, San Diego, and the Salk Institute in La Jolla. In addition to his active role in patient care, he also serves as Medical Director for the Stroke Program at Greenwich Hospital, and Medical Director for Myomo, a Neurorobotic company based in Cambridge, and founded at MIT.

Some of the programs and services that we offer include optimizing brain health and performance, coordinating stroke recovery, concussion program, common headache, migraines and other pain syndromes, memory disorders, diagnostic and treatment for movement disorders, full diagnostic testing for neuropathies that cause pain, numbness and tingling.

We provide unparalleled service to our clients that go above and beyond what can be found in a traditional insurance based practice. Besides offering our expertise and hands-on approach, we scan the world of science and healthcare for innovations that can be used to the benefit of our clients.
