Hello there! Welcome to Tim Newman's Neuromuscular Massage. Since 1999, we have been helping people improve their lives through massage therapy. If you've come looking for neuromuscular massage, myotherapy, myofascial release or prenatal massage - you've come to the right place.
Neuromuscular Massage Therapy is a specialized form of manual massage therapy to get you back to your activies quickly. The soft tissue (muscles, tendons and connective tissue) is manipulated to help balance the central nervous system. Neuromuscular massage was developed to work the superficial tissue as well as the deeper tissues. Lastly, neuromuscular massage therapists study the central nervous system and its effect on the on the muscular and skeletal systems. With this training and experience, therapists know where and how to apply specific pressures to restore balance, relieve pain, and promote healing.
