The Oregon Culinary Institute has prepared students to develop the skills and confidence to pursue their passion for food in the restaurant industry. Since 2006, we have been the only independent, locally owned college-level culinary school in the international food hub of Portland. Our 32-week and 64-week, hands-on training programs include culinary arts, baking and pastry, and restaurant management. Financial aid, scholarships and payment plan options are also available.
