Pavlov Media, headquartered in Champaign, Illinois, was founded in 1992 to provide Internet services to dormitories and fraternity and sorority houses on the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus. Most recently, Pavlov Media merged with Wavelength Corporation in Raleigh, North Carolina, a wholesale provider of managed data, video, and low-voltage construction services to students and traditional apartment complexes. Pavlov Media now provides both wholesale and retail managed data, video, and voice services to students, the military, and luxury multi-family housing communities across the nation.

A proponent of fast, personal service, Pavlov Media customizes offerings to each community in its coverage area. Offerings from Pavlov Media include everything from high-speed Internet and broadband services to basic and advanced digital television service to landline analog and digital phone service. A 24/7 Network Operations Center in Champaign insures customers receive expert and real-time assistance for an outage or any problem that might arise in the delivery of their chosen services.
