About Pressure Point Cleaners

Established January 2008

We are a premier cleaning and restoration company offering power washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and deck staining services to both residential and commercial clients. Our specialty is serving multi-family housing managers in Iowa, both for apartments and townhome associations. We utilize state of the art "soft-washing" methods for the safe removal of dirt and mildew from sensitive surfaces such as vinyl siding, roofing shingles, EIFS, stucco and limestone facades. From the initial project proposal, to our trained technicians in the field, and on to our caring follow up, we strive to provide a customer service experience that gives our clients peace of mind that their valuable property is in excellence care.
