To reach optimal health and fitness we follow the 6 essential pillars - Mindset, Coaching, Nutrition, Strength, Conditioning and Recovery. We have 1:4 Coach to Member Ratio, where we can create and focus in structured, balanced and progressive strength and conditioning program tailored specifically to each of the group's members needs.
