Dr. Harshidaben J. Chaudhari, M.D., is a board-certified family physician and the medical director of I and My Doctors Clinic in Sugar Land, Texas. She provides comprehensive primary care services to patients across Stafford, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Pearland, Richmond, Katy, and the greater southwest Houston area.

Dr. Chaudhari completed her residency training in Family Medicine at the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana, University of Montana, Missoula. She is licensed by the Texas Medical Board and the Montana Board of Medical Examiners and is also a certified Medical Examiner for the U.S. Department of Transportation and designated Civil Surgeon for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Her clinical expertise includes managing acute conditions, chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, kidney disease, and arthritis, as well as performing office-based procedures, wellness exams, and preventive screenings. In addition to patient care, Dr. Chaudhari serves as a clinical faculty member and preceptor for medical students from Tulane University School of Medicine and Lincoln Memorial University

Dr. Chaudhari has contributed to the field of medicine through research and publications in areas including abdominal pregnancy, cerebral malaria, pediatric cardiology, and most recently, shingles following COVID-19 infection. Her work has been featured in journals such as Tennessee Medicine, Open Access Scientific Reports, Journal of Clinical Case Reports, and PriMera Scientific Surgical Research and Practice.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Chaudhari is actively engaged in community service. She has volunteered with Sewa International in disaster relief efforts, including Hurricane Harvey, and has participated in health fairs, vaccination drives, and rural health initiatives in both the U.S. and India.

She is fluent in English, Gujarati, Hindi, and Urdu.
