RA Cooks Renovations

RA Cooks Renovations works with homeowners on planning, design, material selection, and installation for residential updates. For kitchen remodeling in Kettering, a practical plan often starts with layout, cabinet storage, and appliance clearances, then moves to choices like cabinet construction, countertop durability, tile, and flooring. Coordinating electrical circuits, lighting, and ventilation early helps the schedule, especially when adding task lighting or moving a range. Waterproof finishes near sinks, backsplash height, and easy-to-clean surfaces are common discussion points. When families consider basement finishing in Kettering, moisture control, insulation, and egress are usually first on the checklist. Subfloor systems, zoning-friendly room layouts, and lighting design help a lower level feel comfortable year-round, whether it’s a media room, play area, or guest suite with a bath. Based in Kettering, OH, the team can also install cabinetry, countertops, and tile as part of a single managed project. Roofing replacement and flooring updates can be timed to reduce disruption when multiple areas are under construction.
