About Rena Gower Wellness

Our team of Licensed Social Workers assists patients with processing a wide range of life's challenges - from generalized anxiety, to infertility, prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum, to sports therapy and lifestyle + nutrition counseling. Our team is led by Rena, who brings professional experience as a LCSW & therapist, as well as personal experience as a mom and licensed health coach, together to create custom wellness plans for each of our clients. We'll combine modalities like Positive Psychology, Empowerment Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Somatic Therapy to build your treatment plan.
