About Rlung

Established January 2023

Online Live Meditation Classes from the Himalayas. Rlung is where you — anywhere in the world — can access sacred and little known buddhist teachings from distinct monasteries in the Himalayas. Proceeds from these meditation offerings directly benefit the preservation and renovation of temples and artefacts as well as upgrade technology and infrastructure in the region.
