Salam Clinic Primary & Urgent Care serves Stone Mountain and nearby DeKalb County families from 5468 Memorial Dr, Suite D. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and same-day appointments can be booked online. Our urgent care team treats minor injuries, fractures, cuts and burns, cold and flu, UTIs, allergies and asthma flare-ups, with on-site lab testing. For primary care we manage diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol, and offer annual wellness exams and preventive screenings. We also perform DOT physicals with an FMCSA-certified medical examiner, plus pre-employment and sports physicals. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, most major insurance plans and self-pay. Our staff speaks English, Spanish and Amharic.
