San Fernando Valley DBT is a comprehensive outpatient mental health program serving teens and adults. We provide high quality, fully adherent dialectical behavioral therapy, or DBT, as well as weekly individual therapies and DBT skills groups. We are the longest running DBT Program in the San Fernando Valley and have a team of highly trained therapist who provided treatment. We serve the West Valley as well as Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Agoura, Westlake, Encino, Tarzana and Studio City.
