Our facility is designed to help each member improve their overall fitness and conditioning level. Everyone from high level athletes down to the average health conscious individual is welcomed as long as they have a serious desire to pursue their personal health and fitness goals.

Ideally, we cater to the niche gym market that serves athletes involved in powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, strongman/strongwoman, strength and conditioning, and strength training for athletic sports performance. However, our door is always open to any athlete that is just trying to maintain or improve their general fitness level. Come join us for the day and see what a real gym can do for you.
