Our hard coated polycarbonate is designed to meet the high visibility, endurance and wear requirements of ECE r43. The new product has a solid PC base and high optical quality, plus a single, completely pre treated hard coating. In addition to meeting the ECE r43 standard, the scratch resistant polycarbonate plate enables customers to avoid post painting operations and allows the industrial processing areas and intermediate layers to choose to manufacture simple, curved glass structural designs.

The hard coated polycarbonate is a silicon-based hard layer with patented dual curing technology. As with any conventional circuit board, the coating is pretreated and manufactured. The advanced technology of this layer ensures good adhesion during temperature, water and humidity cycles.
