Shimmer is a locally owned women's consignment fashion boutique located in the heart of Fairfax. We feature an eclectic mix of styles including casual, boho, designer, athletic, on-trend, classic, and more. Liz opened Shimmer in June of 2018. With this new chapter, she created a fun, affordable boutique that welcomes women of all ages, values sustainability, and contributes to the unique culture of our community.
