OUR MISSION
Our mission is to serve the special needs community by providing jobs for them.
OUR STORY
Our cafe is located at Riverside Church, the home of Shine On Special Needs Ministries. We have specialty drinks like The Jill (White Chocolate Mocha), The Murph (Caramel Macchiato), and The Jojo (Americano). All are named after beautiful souls that Sip and Shine's owner (Dawn Rivera) taught or cared for! Dawn leads the Shine On Ministry at Riverside Church, which is what sparked this cafe idea! Which also hosts Night to Shine Victoria every February sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation.
