Check Issuing and Printing Services

At SmartPayables we offer industry leading check printing and mailing services. We make use of SafeChecks to ensure a high level of security, and MICR (magnetic ink character recognition) to ensure legitimacy with the banks.

We also use additional safety measures, including thermochromatic ink, controlled paper stock, sequenced inventory control numbers, fluorescent fibers and security features on the back of check. We can also provide printed checks in other currencies.

We offer the ability to customize check templates, allowing customers to add logos, notes, and other marketing materials. SmartPayables also offer the option of printing invoices and rebates. We provide customers with secure envelopes with black security tint, preventing personal information from being visible through the envelope.

SmartPayables also send out customer statements, invoices and business documents with your checks. We handle all the details on your behalf, whether you want full-color printing or black and white printing.

Statement Printing and Mailing

SmartPayables has a user-friendly online system for our customers’ mailing campaigns. It allows for the sending of statements, invoices and other documents. We manage jobs of all sizes and printing is done on 8.5”x 11” paper.

We also manage your statement printing and mailing. With a fully HIPAA certified team, customers can be rest assured their documents and processing is being handled by professionals. We offer customers alternative paper options, including pre-perforated paper.

In addition to the above, SmartPayables offers personalized marketing campaigns, which can assist in promoting strong customer relationships. This can be done with personalized mail pieces. We ensure that the piece stands out and can add just the right graphics and message. Customers can decide what to print, and our team will handle the rest.

Accounts Payable Processing

Electronic payments are faster and more effective. At SmartPayables we offer an accounts payable service including the ability for customers to let their payees receive an ACH / direct deposit. All payments, checks and direct deposits are uploaded to our system to allow for one central payment solution. We also scrub ACH payments for bad routing numbers before they are sent. We offer two options: NACHA file generation, and NACHA file automation.

With NACHA file generation, a raw NACHA file is created from the payment information customers upload to our system. The file is then exported and uploaded to the customer’s bank, to automate payments on their behalf.

With NACHA file automation, we work with your bank to automate the entire ACH process. Our system generates the NACHA file and it is transferred to your bank. This takes around 30 days to set up, but NACHA is one of the largest and safest payment systems in the world.
