Soft Steps Child Care

Soft Steps Child Care connects South Bay families with warm, dependable nannies for full-time and part-time care. Founded by a career nanny with over seven years of hands-on experience, we take the stress out of the search: every caregiver is verified by Soft Steps, interviewed in person, and reference-checked by phone before we introduce them to your family. We also help with newborn and infant care, after-school care, and temporary or backup care, and we stay in touch after placement to make sure the match is working. Serving Torrance, San Pedro, Lomita, Carson, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Long Beach and the surrounding South Bay.
