Peruvian born chef and owner, Mikiel Arnold, opened his now renowned food trailer and catering business in 2014. The Freakin Incan business quickly gained popularity, offering unique flavors and ingredients to the Atlanta area. Now, The Freakin Incan has moved to a new brick-and-mortar location in Roswell, introducing Atlanta and surrounding areas to the wonders of authentic Peruvian foods.
