But that’s exactly what some trainers do, using the same plan for all of their clients regardless of individual differences. Howdy my name is Justice and I was put on this earth to help people reach their fitness goals and learn to love the gym as much as I do. My personal training style has a broad range from tailoring physiques, building athletes from the ground up, or lifestyle/habit building.
